Welcome to my website!
I am a physicst. I work as a Medical Physicist at IRCCS Burlo Garofolo in Trieste (IT).
My main interests are in Research, Development and Didactics.
Areas of interests are mainly (but not only): medical physics, imaging, data analisys, computational physics, physical computing, astrophysics, nuclear physics, robotics, vision, biophysics, microscopy...

Now I am working on the following running projects:
- Brainsupporters (www.brainsupporters.eu): an international collaboration whose aim is to realize:
- a database to hosts clinical data and radiological images and
- a set of image analisys and statistical tools to support diagnosys of brain infections in transplanted patients
- SCIDAT SCIEntific DATa and its implementations:
- oncoSCIDAT database and wiki
- radioSCIDAT database, and wiki integrated with a scientific pacs, like the one in the following project:
- BODY (BurlO raDiologY) is a scientific pacs implementation at Burlo Garofolo
These are projects at an early stage (basically preliminary studies):
